Design a society

Step 1 of 2: describe who is in the population. You review the segments before any citizen is written.

Steers which segments are designed. The hypotheses you test are written later, in a campaign.

From 1 to 50,000. Judging one hypothesis against 1,000 citizens later costs about $0.01 and runs in seconds, as many times as you like.
